Relish the thrill of how the West was done a hundred years ago, but with a few modern amenities thrown in. Fish for your dinner and we'll prepare it, or just stargaze camp side and indulge in the gourmet meals that accompany these "private" pack trips.
From 2 days to 10, travel the desert wilderness where 4Wheels "cannot" go, and see everything from 1000 year old Indian Ruins to working
cowboy line camps. You'll experience the land where city lights will never light the way.

Overnight pack trips range from 2 days/1 night, 3 days/2 nights or 5 days/4 nights.
We will pick you up in the town of Carefree, then head north with horses in tow to our trailhead. From there you head out on a breathtaking and challenging 12 to 15 mile journey. Juniper, manzanita and yucca surround us as we travel toward saguaro filled canyons where spectacular photo opportunities abound.
After enjoying a creek side lunch, you'll travel on to our comfortable and secluded camp. Here you'll relax under the stars, rest up in roomy and well equipped tents, and dine on some of the best homestyle cooking imaginable. Our pride and reputation guarantees you a first class experience!
After a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast -- for those on the 3 day trip, you'll enjoy some short rides around the area and have fun discovering some prehistoric Indian ruins and observe the wildlife of the area. Cozy, little side canyons are home to golden eagles, deer and javelina.
Whichever trip you choose, the ride out is spectacular! Following the water all the way home, you'll travel through one of the most rugged and scenic canyons of the Sonoran desert.
