Marilyn Schrab

Marilyn has been hiking, trail riding and camping in Arizona most of her life. She is a Puma level Trail Ranger/volunteer at Pinnacle Peak Park . The park offers classes pertaining to fauna, flora and history of the area. Marilyn is also a Preserve Steward/docent for the Desert Foot Hills Land Trust, which gave her extensive training in the history, flora and fauna of Arizona. As a charter member of Volunteers for Outdoor Arizona ( www.VOAz.org), she works with public and private land managers to help create sustainable trails, provide habitat restoration, help eradicate invasive species, and maintain park facility structures. She has recently completed training in the Arizona Site Steward Program which monitors archaeological resources.
