This it truly an exciting "4-wheel drive" adventure and is not for the timid. You will be accompanied by a professional archaeologist or a qualified site steward.
We will travel around one of our largest desert lakes to the base of an ancient Indian ruin.
Then after a moderate hike to the top, enjoy a gourmet lunch where the views are absolutely breathtaking.
These
tours were inspired by Dr. James Schoenwetter, professor of archaeology at Arizona State University. Your guide will answer questions and teach members of the tour about regional ecology and cultural history.
