Horseback Riding Tours in Arizona
You will travel with some of the most knowledgeable guides by horseback in the state of Arizona. With access to hundreds of miles of wilderness trails, we are able to "design" horseback rides to match your level of horseback riding experience. We have the most exciting and diverse trail systems in the Sonoran desert of Arizona.

Our equestrian guides all own their own horses From quarter horses to Arabians, western to English, the advantages are obvious. Riding horses that receive the best of care, conditioning and training gives our guests the ultimate horseback experience while riding the challenging Sonoran desert terrain.

Off-Road Tours & Archaeology Ecotours   
We have added several exciting new tours. Take an adventurous and educational off-road tour where you will travel down an ancient trade route to the base of a prehistoric Indian ruin or visit a historical gold mine nestled at the base of the famous Bradshaw mountains in Arizona. Work along side a genuine prospector, learn about the geology unique to the area, dredge for gold and keep what you find.

Photography Workshops
When you combine an off-road or hiking adventure with a photography workshop and with professional photographers, you are assured of some amazing photos of Arizona scenery and the Sonoran Desert. On these "private only" excursions, you can explore and photograph slot canyons, mountains, vast lakes, Native American ruins and the beauty of the desert Southwest. And with some of the sharpest eyes in the southwest, our three xperienced professional photographers will make sure you have plenty of photo opportunities and capture the true spirit of the West. They are happy to share the tips and tricks of photography that they've learned in their 75 combined years of experience. We offer both "private only" and larger group workshops from two hours to full days.

Hiking
Windwalker Expeditions is proud to offer adventurous hikers "private only" adventures on some amazing trails with beautiful scenery, as well as a chance to explore off-the-beaten-path archeological ruins, slot canyons and pristine desert wilderness areas.

Hiking experiences can be tailored to your level of comfort, from the casual stroll to take some beautiful photos of the Sonoran Desert's native plants and animals, to more challenging routes that will have your lungs working overtime.

Pack Trips   
Indulge your pioneer spirit and create your own pack trip from 2 - 10 days. Windwalker Expeditions offers "private" customized pack trips for small intimate groups. You'll experience a land where only stars light the way.

Corporate Retreats
Windwalker Expeditions can help you create the perfect Corporate Retreat. We offer tranquil settings amidst the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. During your event, you may split into smaller groups and enjoy horseback riding, hiking, off-road adventures or photography workshops.
